About Me
Care began as a nickname in high school that stuck, and over time it has grown into something much more meaningful. As a lifelong runner and a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience, I help endurance athletes move better and stay healthy in the sport they love. The more people I taught how to come back stronger after injury, find joy in running, or work toward goals they once thought was out of reach, the name became a reflection of my approach: running with intention, patience, and care.
I went on to become UESCA certified as a run and strength coach then created RUN with CARE to support runners at every stage of their journey — especially beginners, injured runners, and those preparing to take on a new distance for the first time.
I know that starting or returning to running can feel overwhelming. Maybe you’re recovering from an injury, nervous about where to begin, or wondering if your body can handle longer miles. My goal is to make running feel approachable, sustainable, and rewarding. Through individualized coaching, movement-focused training, and gradual progression, I help runners build confidence along with endurance.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, returning after time away, or preparing for your first half marathon or marathon, RUN with CARE is about meeting you where you are and helping you move forward safely and confidently.
Because running isn’t just about going farther — it’s about learning how to care for your body while you do it.
Coaching Services

Foundation $80/month
This is designed for the independent athlete who requires little communication with their coach but wants a customized training plans tailored to your fitness level, goals, and schedule. Includes:
– Personalized run program via the Final Surge app
– Basic strength program via the EverFit app
– Bi-weekly check-in from coach via messaging in apps

Performance $150/month
Ideal for the athlete who wants a more personal coach / athlete relationship with guided adjustments as their fitness improves. It includes everything with the foundation tier plus:
– A more personalized strength program to address any areas of concern (i.e. old injuries) after an assessment
– Monthly phone call
– Ability to message coach daily through apps
– Weekly adjustments to schedule
– Feedback on form through video in app
– Pre race strategy call

Therapy $250/month
Designed for runners returning from injury Focuses on continuous communication with your coach, including training adjustments based on your progress, recovery status, and life circumstances. This program is designed to offer the most support for the athlete managing a newer injury and navigating a return to run program. It includes everything in the performance tier plus:
– Unlimited adjustments to schedule and program
– Bi-weekly video/phone call
